After the success of a previous programme, Changing Minds Kent are launching a second GROWTH programme, designed to empower individuals and families in our community.

The GROWTH Programme is a 12-week journey to Positive Wellbeing facilitated by Changing Minds Kent:

  • Boost their confidence
  • Explore their strengths and values
  • Empower themselves in their parenting approaches
  • Discover effective strategies for managing stress
  • Build valuable social networks

The best part is, it's completely free! Delivered in collaboration with KCC's Positive Wellbeing service, 16 spaces available.

Programme Highlights:

  • Duration: 12 weeks, with one 3-hour session per week
  • Dates and location: Starts Wednesday 23rd April 10am-1pm at Newington Library
  • Cost: Completely free!
